For parties, corporate groups and special organizations, arrangements can be made for "off hours" usage of the spa. Ask our concierge.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior your treatment to fill in our health assessment, secure a private locker, and disrobe as necessary. Relax in our meditation room and sip a cup of our specialty tea while you clear your mind for a luxurious experience. While we try to accommodate late arrivals with a full therapy period, therapy time may need to be reduced so as not to intrude on the following client’s reserved time.
SECURITY
Please use our complimentary lockers to store your valuables, wallets, cell phones, purses and clothing. Sahar’s is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
RELAXATION FOR ALL
While at Sahar’s Spa, please contribute to everyone’s relaxation by speaking softly and refraining from cell phone use. If calls are essentials, we will provide a private office for placing calls. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in any spa service area.
APPOINTMENTS
To ensure your preferred stylists or therapist is always available to you, we recommend you make your next appointment prior to leaving the salon /spa. If you ever feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, please let us know.
PERSONAL PREFERENCES
Whether it is the room temperature or the level of massage pressure, please communicate your preferences with the therapist so he or she can make your time with us a special experience.
CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS POLICY
We understand emergencies do arise; however, the appointments you select are reserved for you. Appointments for multiple services and for some individual services will have to be guaranteed by credit card or gift certificate numbers . 50% of the services will be charged if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. All no-show appointments will be charged in full and billed to your account.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is required when services are rendered.
Sahar's is pleased to honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification (driver license) and subject to a $25 returned check fee.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
You may purchase gift certificates for a dollar amount or particular services at the reception desk or through one of our phone reservationists. We can mail the gift certificate anywhere in the United States.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in our spa treatment or salon services but are appreciated. You may add a gratuity to any form of payment. Cash gratuity envelopes are available at our front desk.
REFRESHMENTS FOR THE BODY AND MIND
We serve complimentary herbal teas , coffee and water with our spa treatment at our relaxing room.
LUNCH SELECTIONS
Some of our packages, bridal parties, corporate retreats, birthdays or special occasion parties include luncheon or snacks. Please advise the concierge of any dietary requirements in advance. Lunches for parties of three or more may be ordered 48 hours in advance.
